2.5 Employees and Associates. Current employees, directors, contractors, and agents of 99aab, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold player accounts.

3.5 Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. This is a firm requirement that cannot be waived.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 99aab platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by 99aab at the point of deposit or withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. 4.7 Dormant Account Balances. 99aab reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period exceeding twelve months. The fee schedule, if applicable, will be communicated via the registered email address before any deduction is made.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. 99aab reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where the bet is placed on an event with an incorrect price due to a technical error, where the bet appears to exploit a promotional offer in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, or where abnormal betting patterns are identified.
5.3 Palpable Errors. In the event of a palpable error in odds, prices, or game outcomes (including errors arising from software or data feed failures), 99aab reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.
5.4 Results and Finality. The outcome of all settled bets and games is final once confirmed in the system. Disputes regarding outcomes must be raised with the 99aab support team within 72 hours of settlement.
5.5 Sportsbook – Event Cancellation. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the declared cut-off period, or otherwise voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the sportsbook rules applicable to that sport and market type.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 99aab are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. These Terms apply in addition to those specific promotion terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be detailed in the applicable promotion terms.
6.3 One Bonus Per Household. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each household and each IP address is entitled to one welcome or first-deposit bonus only. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitute prohibited conduct under Section 7.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 99aab's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12.1 By the Player. You may close your 99aab account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following successful identity verification.
12.2 By 99aab. 99aab reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where a player is found to be ineligible, or where regulatory requirements necessitate account closure.
